Founder Lara

For over 11 years, Lara worked as Senior Project Manager at D&B Eventmarketing, one of the Netherlands’ leading event agencies. There, she organised exclusive events for clients such as KPN, Optiver, KLM and Nyenrode University — from large-scale, logistically complex productions to intimate CEO-level dinners.

When she moved to Spain, a long-held dream came true: starting her own hospitality business. Together with her family, she ran Finca Les Coves for two years — a unique eco-retreat in the Costa Blanca mountains. It was there she rediscovered the true essence of hospitality: not just welcoming guests, but truly surprising and moving them. Every detail counts. Every experience matters.

That same passion and precision now define Alma del Sur — event professionals in Spain who bring together the best of both worlds: Northern European reliability – punctuality, craftsmanship and a “promise is a promise” mindset.
